Sleep Quiz: why can't I sleep?

Sleep is significant for most human functions. In fact, good sleep is beneficial for our brains, our bodies, and overall health and wellness. But do you have trouble falling asleep? Perhaps you're experiencing one or more of the following symptoms:

  • Fatigue
  • Weight change/fluctuation
  • Sleep disturbance
  • Anxiousness
  • Irregular periods
  • Low libido

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it may be due to poor sleep habits, or you could be experiencing a sleep disorder that's keeping you from getting a good night's sleep. Some people who experience difficulty sleeping and irregular sleep patterns may suffer from insomnia or sleep apnea, but oftentimes, these sleep patterns can be the result of anxiety and stress hormones.

Stress may be getting in the way of getting adequate sleep and may even be leading to sleep deprivation. Measuring your stress and related hormone levels with a sleep and stress test may help you pinpoint lifestyle factors that could be impacting your sleep cycle. Take the sleep quiz below to learn more about your sleep hygiene and if you could benefit from an at-home sleep and stress test.
