How Does It Work?

With the Everlywell+ membership, you can earn credits for an Everlywell test of your choice and have it shipped for free right to your doorstep.

  • Earn one credit every month
  • Redeem 1-4 credits for a test of your choice
  • Test monthly or save up credits for tests that require two, three, or four credits
  • Receive physician-reviewed results you can take action on
  • Enjoy exclusive discounts on additional tests

How Much Does It Cost?

Everlywell+ is a monthly membership, providing you with members-only benefits and regular at-home lab testing for $39/month! Earn credits every month and save big (up to 48% off) on Everlywell tests. You can pause or cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no cancellation fees, but be sure to redeem your credits before you go.

The Weight Care+ Membership Program

There is more to weight loss than dieting and exercise. We know that there are many factors that can contribute to someone’s weight, including their environment, genetics, underlying conditions, etc. If you’ve been trying to lose weight and could use a helping hand, you may benefit from GLP-1 medications. GLP-1s are medications that regulate your appetite by making you feel full longer, helping your body process sugars more efficiently, and curbing food cravings. Who Is The Membership For?

Not everyone is eligible for Weight Care+ or a GLP-1 prescription. To qualify, you must be over the age of 18 and meet certain criteria. Your healthcare provider will determine if you are eligible based on your weight and any associated health conditions. Learn more about program eligibility here.

How Much Does It Cost?

The Weight Care+ program costs $99 a month with an initial 12-month commitment or $139 a month with an initial 3-month commitment. These prices include ongoing regular 1:1 visits with a clinician, writing and renewing GLP-1 prescriptions (if applicable), help navigating insurance coverage, included products such as at-home lab tests or supplements (note: at-home lab tests are not available to NY residents due to state regulation of laboratory testing), support for related conditions, and useful digital features in the Everlywell app.

Some items, such as prescription medications and lab testing, are not included in the program fee. These out-of-pocket expenses can vary depending on insurance coverage.

How Can I Subscribe?

Interested in subscribing to an Everlywell product? You can set up recurring orders by clicking on the product you’re interested in. Next to the “One time purchase” option, you’ll see a subscription option on select products. Change the frequency (if applicable) to best meet your needs, and select “Add to Cart”.

How Frequent Are Subscriptions?

Subscription frequency will vary depending on the product. Vitamins and supplements are currently only offered on a monthly basis. Tests that are eligible for subscription may be sent monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.
