How does Everlywell+ work?

To become an Everlywell+ member, simply visit the enrollment page and sign up for your subscription. Once you’ve signed up, you can use your monthly credit to select an at-home lab test of your choice. It will be mailed to you with easy-to-understand instructions and all the necessary materials to collect your sample. You can test monthly or save up credits for tests that require two, three, or four credits instead of one. After you collect your sample, you can send it to a CLIA-certified lab with the prepaid shipping label provided with your test and receive digital results within days. You’ll also get 20% off any additional tests as long as your membership is active.

How do I use my credit for ordering an at-home lab test?

Go to everlywell.com/dashboard. Log in with your username and password. Select the qualifying at-home lab test you’d like to receive. Check out (your credit will automatically apply on the order confirmation screen). Wait for your package to arrive in a discreet, unmarked package.

Once you select an at-home lab test of your choice, the test will be mailed to the provided shipping address in unmarked, discreet packaging.

How do I know when to select a lab test?

After you log in at everlywell.com/dashboard, you’ll be taken to your membership page where you’ll see a list of available at-home lab tests to select from. You can also browse tests within any of the product pages and select your lab test from there. Just make sure you’re logged in to receive your credit or membership discount.

What if I don't want to order a lab test this month?

Any unused credits for tests will roll over to the next month. Credits will expire after 12 months or at the end of the billing cycle in which your membership is canceled.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you’ve signed up for the Monthly Plan, you can cancel your membership any time by emailing our Customer Care Team at contact@everlywell.com. If you’ve signed up for the 12-month Yearly Plan, you are required to continue paying the monthly fee until the end of the 12-month term. Once your 12-month term is over, you can cancel your membership by emailing our Customer Care Team at contact@everlywell.com. Please contact our Customer Care Team at contact@everlywell.com with any questions about account management.

Do I get a refund for unused credits after I cancel my subscription?

We do not issue refunds for credits that haven’t been used after subscription cancellations, but you will have an opportunity to redeem any remaining credits before your account is closed. After your account is closed, remaining unused credits will disappear.

We have two pricing plans available. If you choose the Yearly Plan, you are selecting a plan that requires a 12-month commitment. If you choose a Monthly Plan, you can pause or cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, it’s as simple as contacting our Customer Care Team at contact@everlywell.com. Be sure to use all existing credits before you go — they expire when you cancel your membership.
