About this test
Chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, syphilis, and hepatitis C from one discreet kit, finger prick plus a urine sample. HIV and herpes are not included.
Many common infections cause no symptoms, so screening after a new partner or an exposure is routine. Blood tests cover HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, and herpes; a urine sample covers chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trich.
Timing matters: each infection takes time after an exposure to show on a test, and the window differs by infection, so a clinician may note when a repeat makes sense.
