About this test
Jona sequences all the DNA in a stool sample, so it can identify more than 170,000 microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, viruses, archaea, and parasites, down to the strain level. That is a wider read than tests that only look for a fixed list of bacteria.
Your profile is then compared with findings from hundreds of thousands of peer-reviewed studies to surface research-based associations with symptoms and conditions, plus diet, lifestyle, and probiotic suggestions tailored to your results. Associations are not diagnoses. Not recommended during pregnancy or under 18.
