About this test

The Immunity Titer Panel plus a TB blood test, the set many healthcare programs ask for before clinical placements, in one visit.

Titers measure the antibodies left by vaccination or past infection for measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, and hepatitis B, read against each lab's cutoff. A TB blood test checks for tuberculosis infection. Together they are the usual set for schools, healthcare programs, and some jobs.

A low titer usually leads to a booster rather than alarm. A positive TB blood test shows infection at some point; it cannot separate latent from active TB on its own, so it is followed by a chest X-ray and a clinician visit.

What it measures

From one draw

Measles immunity
Antibodies to measles from vaccination or past infection. Read against the lab's cutoff for immunity.
Mumps immunity
Antibodies to mumps from vaccination or past infection. Read against the lab's cutoff for immunity.
Rubella immunity
Antibodies to rubella from vaccination or past infection, read against the lab's cutoff. A pre-pregnancy check.
Chickenpox immunity
Antibodies to chickenpox from infection or vaccination. Read against the lab's cutoff for immunity.
Hepatitis B immunity
Hepatitis B surface antibodies from vaccination or past infection, read against the lab's cutoff.
TB blood test
Immune memory of TB bacteria. A positive shows infection at some point; it cannot separate latent from active TB alone.

Reading your result

Your report lists each marker next to the lab’s reference range, with plain-language context for what a value above or below that range can mean. Results are read together: one number outside its range is common, and a clinician weighs it alongside the others and how you feel.
